Figured I would go ahead and post the sign I built for my old church.  I had a good time making it!  In order to achieve the textured metal look without the cost of… well, buying textured metal… I actually used OSB board with an internal 2×4 frame, that was then coated with a marine lacquer & metallic rustoleum mixture.  The “V” was given the same treatment except it was spray painted red first and given the same lacquer treatment.
